Both Gray Area Drinking Plans Include:
- One 60-minute intro session by phone or video for the first week
- Weekly 45-minute sessions by phone or video for the remainder of your package
- Personal action plan based on your goals
- Daily e-mail support, accountability, and check-ins between sessions
- Individualized resources (self-care, relaxation + somatic exercises, mindfulness, nutrition + neurotransmitter support)
